Message	a failsafe feature... if the converter detects a large difference in readings from one maf to the other, assume the reading of the higher reading MAF is correct and ignore the failing maf so that worst case scenario is still a safe running condition. and have some way of notifying the driver of the failure. Also, an SAFC allows you to set it so that BOV's won't stall the engine. Include this functionality in your controller...
